"People think doing daily soaps is a cake walk"
The talented actor Jay Soni who is seen playing the role of Jai Kishan in Swapna Waghmare's popular daily soap Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki on Colors', says that daily soaps are a bigger commitment than marriage. On the same we got in touch with him to know on why does he feel so.
Jay said, "Daily soaps need a lot of dedication and hectic work hours whereas I feel in marriage that is not required. When you get married you can go on a vacation and have ample of time to spend with family and friends which is not at all possible when you are shooting. Even if we want to take a small break it has to be taken not when we wish to but when there is no work."
Further he added, "People think that doing a daily soap is a cake walk but the fact is that it is very tough and not easy as we think. There is a lot of hard work and commitment needed. An actor has to work nonstop without any complaints of being tired. So also have to be portraying the emotions of the character that you are portraying donned in the show."
"But apart from the commitment difference between doing a daily soap and getting married, I love acting and the creative process behind it. Acting is my only passion and I love my work as an actor."
On his plans after finishing Sanskaar, he said "I want to for a long holiday to Europe. I would also love to do movies if I get good offers. I would be very happy if I get to do films like Go Goa Gone."

Sanskaar (Dharohar Apnon Ki) 17th June 2013 Written Update
The Episode starts with Ansubaa asking Karsan how many shirts are still to be stitch? Karsan replies 400 shirts have stitched and 100 shirts are remaining to be stitch. Hasmukh thinks to take a quick nap and sleeps. Ankit comes and wakes him up and says he dont wish to work like mota bhai and he is destined for Raj yog. He says I want to live life like you, Ansubaa calls Ankit back. Hasmukh and Ankit goes back in the hall. The Vaishnav family tries to wake the workers by offering tea. Kishan tells Bhoomi that the workers worked all the day and they can’t asks them to work more. Bhoomi says she knows but they have to complete the order on time. They looks helpless. Ketki says she told them that this is impossible. Ansubaa says true businessman is the one who completes the order on time and it is our reputation that whatever orders we undertake have not cancel till now. Ketki is irked. She says if we all do together then we can help ourself.
Paddy comes there and plays the song Jaago sune walon, suno meri kahaani…., all the workers woke up from the sleep while the family is delighted. Paddy switches the song to Eena meena deeka and signals Avni to bring Ansubaa. Paddy dances with Ansubaa on the song of eena meena deeka much to the laughter and happiness of the family and the workers to keep them awake. Ansubaa dances well. Everyone claps and the workers starts working again happily. Kishan and Bhoomi hugs Paddy bhai.
Bhoomi counts on the number of shirts. Kishan thanks the workers that the order is completed because of their work and support. Workers says that they are a part of the family and they did their duty. Kishan decides to keep all the shirts in the godown.One worker tells him about the mill details sticker to be stick on the order, which is necessary. He says he will do it himself after coming back from his home. Kishan agrees. That worker comes to someone (Amritlal’s employee) who asks him to do his work. He gives him some package (containing rats) and says stick the sticker so that their image will be defamed. He leaves.
Paddy asks Kishan, do Bhoomi takes care of you. He says she is a spoilt brat since childhood, but Kishan praises Bhoomi saying she is his life and he cant even think of life without her. Paddy says that’s why she chose you. From today I am your Paddy bhai too. Bhoomi comes there and Paddy compliments her on her choice.
That worker comes to the mill and places some Rats and leaves.
Bhoomi wakes up from the sleep and drinks water. She feels uneasy and wake up Kishan. She asks him to check the godown as she is not feeling good. She urges him to please come with me. Kishan says ok, but I have faith nothing will be wrong. Kishan and Bhoomi comes to the godown and checks the shirts. They thinks it is all fine and when they are about to leave, they hears some noise and turns around to see rats messing with the shirts. They are shocked. All the family comes there and asks how come these rats came here? Karsan tells Ansubaa about Rats entering their godown. Dilip says Shirts might be saved. Kishan and all checks the shirts. Kishan finds the shirts with a holes from the rat bites. They panicked to see the shirts damaged in one box which contains 200 shirts. Kishan says in the morning we have to send the order and we don’t have raw material and workers either to make new shirts. Parul says,it is impossible now.
At the police station, Amritlal laughs and thanks them. His employee tells Amritlal to thank the worker who did their work. Amritlal says their mill will be closed now and says even God is not having solution for the problem created by him.
Bhoomi stares at the shirts and says there is a solution. Everyone looks on hopefully. The Episode ends on Bhoomi’s hopeful smile.
Precap:
Ansubaa gives Dwarkhadeesh idol to Paddy and says give it to Bhoomi’s Nani. Paddy says he will leave now. Ansubaa says Paddy correctly and Paddy laughs and says I told you naa I will correct your pronunciation before I leave. Everyone smiles.

I would like to sincerely thank all devotees on this simple Spiritual forum for their continued dedication and passion for "The Holy Scriptures" that we have been enjoying for more than two years now.
At every step in our human life, there are always two: paths, principles, ways, or choices. They could be : Light or darkness, Good or bad, Right or wrong, black or White, Divine or demoniac, Day or nite, matter or Spirit, body or Soul. Thus, all of us are always compelled by Laws of nature to pick and choose several times a day.
Each [act or choice] then becomes our 'K.arma' that shall definitely decide its reactions today, tomorrow or in future [either in this birth or the ones to come]. Just as a child we may collect pennies during our lives, at some point in time they will end up in thousand of dollars; similarly as we collect good or bad 'karma' they accumulate with us too and dictate our material or spiritual wealth.
The sages always mention in several scriptures about problems of "SANSAAR" or material life. They also, guide us and teach us repeatedly to inculcate and imbibe our "SANSKAAR", in our children, so that future generations will lead a righteous and spiritual path.
We thus would realize as we enjoy the Sacred Scripture each day, that the "Presence" of Lord "KRSNA" in our lives nullifies the darkness - giving light, changes the demoniac to Divine, separates matter from Spirit.
Thus, in our material world or [sansaar], if we were to ONLY add the alphabet [K] for LORD KRSNA, then the same word becomes our : [sansKaar].
Thus, just a little dose of Vitamin "K" may be "The Treatment of our human Darkness."

Akhlaque Khan had a fun time shooting for Bani!
There is a special function happening in Bane - Ishq Da Kalma which will see many actors representing their shows on Colors coming in to attend the same. Akhlaque Khan who plays Tannu in Sunshine Productions' Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 2, is all set to be the first seen in this special episode.
Our source informed us that, "Aklaque will be attending the Jaago function which is soon going to be happen in the show. Aklaque will be representing Colors' family who will be joining the Jaago ceremony happening in the village."
We also hear that "Bittu (Indresh Malik) from Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Hasmukh (Rajendra Chawla) from Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki and few other actors will also be joining the ceremony to have fun."
When contacted Akhlaque, he said, "It was a very good experience working with the team. The scene has been shot very well and they had created a very nice Punjabi village atmosphere. It was fun shooting for the sequence."

Flavor of the Month – June Brides on Television

Majority of the popular shows have wedding sequences happening or are coming up. Weddings are one of the most interesting segment of a show, with elaborate functions, twists and drama that holds an audience. But the best part is the romance, between the bride and groom. This is the time when blower fans are used, candles and clandestine meetings, whispered words, eye-locks that makes one go Haww!
The number of series that are having the wedding sequence will leave the audience spoilt for choices. See, which of these appeal to you. Let us know which wedding sequence was the best you have seen on Television.
Chhanchhan, the show that airs at 9pm on Sony TV and Manav (Anuj Sachdeva) and Chanchan (Sanaya Irani) got married despite Umaben (Supriya Pathak) trying her best to not let the wedding happen. Will Umaben succeed in getting Chhanchan out of the house? Of course, what is a series without some twists and turns.
Saraswatichandra, stars Gaumtam Rode in the title role and Jennifer Winget who plays Kumud are also slated to get married. The sagai ceremony has happened, will the wedding happen? Keep watching Star Plus at 7:30 pm to find out more. Another show on Star Plus has wedding track is Ek Ghar Banunga which airs at 6:30pm and stars Ishita Dutta as Poonam and Rahul Sharma as Aakash.
On Colors, there is more and one wedding in their shows and there are integration with other stars from their popular shows. Bani – Ishq Da Kalma, airs at 10:30pm and has not one but two weddings. One is of Gurbani aka Bani (Shefali Sharma) and the other is Rajji (Neha Bagga). Their Mehendi Ceremony has happened and perhaps twists can be expected. Of course, to add to the entertainment quotient were leads from Sasural Simar Ka i.e. Simar (Deepika Samson) and Bhoomi (Shamin Mannan), the protagonist of Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki. What will happen? Will Bani marry Parmeet (Gaurav Chaudhary) or will she end up with Soham (Adhvik Mahajan)? Needless to say, for a story to go further, there could be a wedding, a break-up or even something the audience has not thought of.
The other shows that are also having wedding track are Madhubala – Ek Ishq, Ek Junoon – with RK (Vivian D’sena) and Madhu (Dhrashti Dhami). Even Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha – Season 2 is also slated for twists in the wedding ceremony. The Sangeet, Mehndi has happened and now, Beera (Siddharth Arora) has left one night before the wedding. Navika (Jayshree Venkatramanan) is waiting for him. Will he return?
On Zee TV we have Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (7:30pm), where Mayank (Ankit Gera) and Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) are tying the knot. Will this marriage turn a happy one or will a rift develop between them. Interesting situations for the couple is coming up for sure.
The number one show of Zee TV, Qubool Hai (9:30pm), is seeing a wedding track for over a month now. The ten day challenge has had a whirlwind wedding track showcase, sangeet, mehendi, jashn-e-bahar and what not. Will the Nikaah happen is the big question looming large. Will Zoya Farooqui (Surbhi Jyoti) and Asad Ahmed Khan (Karan Singh Grover) wed or will Tanveer succeed in her plans to wed Asad herself.
While the shows on television bring you elaborate wedding sequences with fanfare and masti, the storyline each carry forwards is something you will have to watch and find out.
