Surendra Pal enters Housewife!
Surendra Pal, recently seen as Raja Daksh in Life Ok's Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev and Swamiji in Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum is all set to enter Zee TV's Housewife Hai...Sab Jaanti Hai.
we had earlier reported that Housewife is heading towards a revamp and a new family will be introduced. The latest we hear is that Surendra Pal will be part of one of the newly introduced families in the show.
Our source informed us that, "Surendra Pal will be playing the character of a father in the newly introduced family who will be very strict in nature but at the same time he has a very soft heart too. He never compromises with the laws made by him and people living in his area are scared of him because of his strict nature."
When contacted Surendra, he confirmed the news saying, "I will be playing a very different role in the show and this show is different from all others. I am happy to do this role."
Surendra Pal will begin shooting from tomorrow or Saturday.

Surendra Pal's entry in Zee TV's Aaj Ki Housewife Hai... to bring in an intriguing track
Zee TV’s Aaj Ki Housewife Hai.. Sab Jaanti Hai, produced by Gulshan Sachdeva will go through a revamp and major drama. The Chaturvedi family will soon suffer a heartbreak with the family getting divided owing to Sunaina (Himani Shivpuri) blaming her daughter-in-law Sona (Suhasi Dhami) of domestic violence.
Also, as per the ongoing episodes, Kanhaiya (Anirudh Dave) has been getting flashes which connect him to the village Srirampur. As soon as Sona and Kanhaiya leave the Chaturvedi Mansion, Kanhaiya is asked to go to Srirampur for work. This is where Kanhaiya keeps getting the negative flashes again and again. Sona decides to help Kanhaiya out in solving his problem.
As per reports, a new family is all set to enter the show. And the first to make his presence felt will be senior actor Surendra Pal, who was earlier seen in Zee TV’s successful show Chhoti Bahu. He essays the character of Ridheswhwar Singh, a powerful rich person of Srirampur. He is a tough nut from outside, but has softness within him. His entry will bring in a new twist, something related to Sunaina and Kanhaiya.
If sources are to be believed, Siddheshwar Singh will go on to play the father of Kanhaiya.
When contacted, Surendra Pal confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I play a very positive character, a loving father in the show. This character is very different to the ones I played in Devon Ke Dev.. Mahadev and Diya Aur Baati Hum recently. Earlier, I had been part of Zee TV’s show Chhoti Bahu that used to air at 7PM. I hope my character in Housewife also gets to be as popular as mine in Chhoti Bahu.”
We also contacted Himani Shivpuri who said, “I do not want to reveal the story line as it will spoil the fun of watching. All I can tell you is that the Chaturvedi family is going to divide and this is where a new family enters.”
Surendra Pal has started shooting for Aaj Ki Housewife.. and his entry will be aired very soon.

TAM ratings of week 23 are here and Colors seems to be on a roll. The channel has not only maintained its second place – Star Plus is number one with 242 GRPs –but has also managed to gain in numbers.
Zee TV maintains its third position with 180 GRPs while Sony Entertainment Television stays in the fourth place with 150 GRPs. Life OK is on the fifth slot with 149 GRPs and SAB TV is perched on the sixth position with 139 GRPs. Sahara One has the meager figure of 16.

So Suraj is coming with new television.
On the other hand, Bhabo has started her rant, and Sandhya now falsely states that she herself is the culprit, and she only left the shutter half open.
Suraj came with new TV and Chotu is teasing him, saying that whenever he talks about Bhabi sa then Suraj goes all shy and his cheeks gets reddened.
On the other hand, Bhabo is saying how come Sandhya is guilty when she herself showed the piece of evidence, the remains of bangles.
Sandhya says that she herself planted the piece of evidence and falsely put Bhabo under the impression that someone else was guilty.
Suraj entered the house whereas Bhabo was still scolding Sandhya, and he couldn’t believe about this. Bhabo says it can be pardoned but she is going on asking Sandhya that why she was lying about this in the 1st place itself and played with the emotions of the family, and played with the trust of the family.
Suraj still couldn’t believe and now directly asks Sandhya by coming in front of her, saying that Sandhya should look into his eyes, and say him the truth that who has left open the shutter.
Bhabo is seething with anger, says this action of playing with the trust of whole family cannot be pardoned and another matka will be broken for this guilt of her. Suraj says though Sandhya’s dream lies on the fate of these matkas but he is still not ready to believe Sandhya’s words.
Suraj disbelieves Sandhya when she tells him that she only had left open the shutter, and tries to reason with her, and says that even Bhabo helped her to reach college in time, and her college is almost over and its time for preparations for IPS
(Hmm liked Suraj’s talking and attitude today.)
He shut up Meena and tries reasoning with Sandhya, explaining her that how much important it is for her to tell the truth, and says her dream will bite the dust if she tells lie at this point of time, and says that when she has the family backing, and even Bhabo is helping her attend the exams then why is she doing all this. Suraj looks completely helpless and in a bewildered state. Anas gave nice expressions today, loved it.
Suraj says he doesn’t understand why Sandhya is lying, or what is the reason behind it,but asks her not to destroy her dream just like this. Sandhya is still on the same ground, repeatedly taking the blame on herself.
Bhabo says to Suraj that when Sandhya is admitting her guilt herself, why is he bent on proving that Sandhya is lying.
Suraj says he would not have said anything had this been the truth, but he knows clearly that Sandhya is clearly lying and taking the blame on herself for some issue/purpose.
Precap–> Suraj now asks Sandhya to prove that she went to shop last night. He says she had no issues to go to shop at such odd hour and questions her about the purpose of going to sweet shop.
